Those words were uttered by my ENT when I told him about the Vitamin B 100 complex. He also asked me the brand that I was taking and I told him that it was Swiss. He told me that he'd likely recommend the vitamins to others as well.
Serc vs Vitamin B 100 complex. I found when I was on my prescription for Serc, that I really disliked the side effects. Sadly, the side effects were almost the same as the symptoms. When I take the Vit. B, I don't feel any side effects, just calmer.
